About Drew Reich
Having been around and working on vehicles from a young age, I developed a deep passion for classic cars early on. At 16, I got my first classic—a 1952 Buick—which sparked a lifelong interest in vintage automobiles. My experience grew through internships at various shops, eventually leading me to work at a collection in Florida, where I handled a diverse range of foreign and domestic cars, including Alfa Romeos, MGs, and Jaguars. I also spent time at a shop specializing in American resto-mods, honing my skills in blending classic aesthetics with modern performance. What I truly enjoy is the challenge of troubleshooting and diagnostics, which keeps every project fresh and rewarding.
About Justin Smeltzer
I hail from Glendora California, approximately thirty miles east of Los Angeles. I attended McPherson College from 2013-2017 where I met Drew Reich who became my roommate and best friend. I graduated from McPherson College Cum Laude with a bachelor degree in Automotive Restoration Business Restoration. After which, I worked for a brief stint at an Automotive Restoration Shop in California. Unfortunately, it was at an inopportune time and needed to find another job. I continued to work on my own antique automobiles and motorcycles in my spare time while working as a Deputy Sheriff with Los Angeles County. Drew and I had always talked about starting a shop together and after a while we decided to give it a go. So I packed my bags and traveled east to the commonwealth of Pennsylvania to give it the old college try.
the Business
Ever since they met at McPherson College they have wanted to go into the restoration business together. Drew bought a vintage body shop in 2021 with the idea of starting a restoration shop by himself. Then in 2023 Justin and his wife, were looking around at different states to move to. So, they decided to visit Justin’s roommate and best friend, Drew, from college to see if they’d like to live there and possibly go into business together. While Justin and his wife were out here visiting, they bought a house and committed to the intention of restoring the old body shop Drew had purchased. Fast forward the 2025, and a lot of cleaning their labor is coming to fruition.

Though the word antique automobile generally refers to vehicles over twenty-five years of age we tend to work on vehicles pre-emission era. We really enjoy vehicles from the 50s and earlier.
-
R&S restorations primarily focus on the restoration and preservation of antique automobiles, but will do some modifications as the customer asks, such as disc brake conversion, adding air conditioning, and/or an engine swap. We do not do full pro street builds. For more info please call. We do like vintage hot rods.
